Your duties
- Managing and maintaining the existing international customer base
- Acquiring new customers and strategically developing the market
- Preparing offers with specialist teams, reviewing offers, and following up on proposals
- Conducting technical and commercial negotiations, contract review, and control
- Attending international trade fairs and conferences as well as giving presentations
Your skills
- Ideally, a technical education with a business focus (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable professional background with relevant specializations)
- Several years of experience in plant engineering/machine engineering
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Soft skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills, as well as technical, commercial, and contractual understanding
- Good MS Office skills, willingness to travel (approx. 30%), Class B driver’s license
- Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, ability to work independently, and initiative
- Confident and well-groomed appearance, sociability, and good time management
