Your duties

Prepare detailed offers, including texts, calculations, contract reviews, and order confirmations

Organize and monitor project workflows to ensure smooth execution

Create 3D designs with overview drawings and perform strength calculations

Develop project schedules, manage timelines, and maintain deadline compliance
-
Review and validate internal and external production drawings for accuracy
-
Procure components from subcontractors, including technical bid evaluations
-
Track order confirmations and monitor supplier deadlines to ensure timely delivery
-
Coordinate logistics, including delivery, assembly, commissioning, and client handover
-
Address client complaints and ensure resolutions are satisfactory
-
Oversee project progress, controlling budgets and timelines effectively
Your skills
- Completed technical education with a focus on mechanical engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with the ASME Code
- Experience in pressure vessel construction or equipment manufacturing is preferred
- Proficient in SolidWorks and the MS Office suite
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Valid class B driver’s license
